  • VGSR  - VGSR was started in 2001 by a small group of individuals dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming German Shepherd Dogs.  Since 2001, over 4,000 dogs have been rescued and found their furever homes thanks to the dedication and commitment of volunteers giving their love, time, talents and energy.  To learn more about VGSR’s mission, please visit www.vgsr.org

  • Little Free Library - the world's largest book sharing movement, is a nonprofit organization that fosters the love of reading through neighborhood book exchanges.  https://littlefreelibrary.org/

  • Humane Society of Pinellas - The Humane Society of Pinellas' Deanna Marie Palestra Humane Education and Outreach program [https://www.humanesocietyofpinellas.org/youth-programs] teaches kindness, respect, and empathy for both human and nonhuman animals, and respect for the environment that we all share. Through a comprehensive, solution-based curriculum students are given the tools necessary to make humane choices and create a more compassionate world. Camps, clubs, art classes, field trips, school outreach, reading programs, after school programs and volunteer opportunities create a thought provoking, creative environment for youth to learn empathy.
